"To announce that there must be no criticism of the president, or that we are to stand by the president, right or wrong, is not only unpatriotic and servile, but is morally treasonable to the American public." Theodore Roosevelt

Right to Vote?

Wow. A quick check on the illegal electronic control of the voting process has just frightened me pretty badly. We have more unauditable software, protected by the courts; we have bribery; we have observers being arrested; what we have here is a basic big-time scandal and in my mind possible treason. It's clearly an attempt to take over the government of the country by hi-jacking the voting process. I think that would be treason...

There is so much going on that I won't even link to a story - there are too many. As you might expect, I haven't found one yet with Democrats taking illegal contributions or bribes, but there are plenty of Republicans and corporations named. Some of the stories even describe how they do the deals to avoid prosecution. Very interesting reading, and probably the next necessary battle after we clean the traitors out of the White House. But then, manipulating the voting process is definitely a violation of civil and constitutional rights, and could be construed as treason as well, couldn't it?
