Today the announcement that Bush is going to start taking 'unscripted' questions
from his audiences. Apparently they want to put a humanizing face on the dictator wannabe. And apparently the 'interview' with those troops in Iraq was just too blatently obvious in it's scripting - because they didn't take the time to find soldiers who could act instead of just recite.
So here is my first unscripted question for Mr. Bush: When will you stop screening potential audiences to eliminate any possibility of getting someone in there who isn't a cheerleader for you, and thereby take the risk of getting an unscripted question that isn't a softball from somebody who isn't on your team?
